Many challenges are associated with sample preparations for proteomic applications, such as bottom-up analysis using LC-MS, Western Blot, and Reverse Protein Array (RRPA). Extracting proteins from FFPE is commonly performed with complex and inefficient workflows.
Covaris and ProtiFITM have partnered to address challenges encountered when performing protein extraction from archived FFPE tissues. The partnership led to the development of a simple, efficient, and optimized proteomics workflow enabled by Covaris and ProtiFI.
